ive had this jewelry tray in my room since i can remember, but tonight was the first time i've really looked at it, maybe in years.

even though i would rather have weekends off, working throughout the week [as opposed to just Mon-Fri] gives me the time/energy to go to the gym.

after work 9-5 friday, i drove up to see david at his parent's house.
we visited friends at the cafe and got a slice of pizza.
i can't remember anything after that..
saturday the boys played band practice and i played with a puppy. he was the same breed as my baby girl and had a red collar just like she wore. she was always confused for a boy because of that thing.
i miss having a dog.
we took a little road trip and played a fun car game on the way home.
he took me on a lovely dinner date and then got me ice cream. sushi + ice cream = instant diarrhea, btw. romantic.
we watched The Fall and it was beautiful. i fell asleep and missed the end.
drove home sunday and found a paycheck on my desk. i get paid $2 more than i thought. awesome!
i was ready for bed when ivana called. met up with her at the diner and ate a tasty mini meal. so much food, i barely made a dent in it.
went to bed and slept all through the night. woke up to a sunshiny day.

so my company screwed me over big time. surprise.
applied to 5 new places. hopefully someone will call me back in a week or 2. if not, im hunting again.
as i was leaving after dropping off an application, i saw a skirt in the store window and had to try it on.
bought a cute outfit. tomorrow going into the city with angela for some shoe shopping and a show. -$

the two women that will be my bosses are asian and indian, and when they were told about me they asked
"shes white, right?"
bonk. they said that customers like to see that there is a white person behind the counter. WTF.

Will pissed off the wacko neighbors. they called the cops. they put a garbage can full of dog shit against our fence and told us to "smell that". then we squirt them with a hose. we all were laughing and saying that someone was gonna get taken away in handcuffs, but the cops left without filing any serious reports.
FUN DAY. ate lots of yummy deserts and laughed til my cheeks hurt
